MPILO PILLOW LIMITED WARRANTY
Every customer receives a 3-year limited warranty on any MPILO pillow purchased directly from mpili.com. If, within 3 years of purchase, your MPILO has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, we undertake to replace the original product purchased with a product of the same size or to repair it, once. This includes all components of the product. No fees or deductibles will apply. Collection of the original product and delivery of the replacement product will be carried out by MPILI, at no cost to the customer. If the warranty claim occurs during your 60-night trial period, the trial period will be suspended while the replacement product is shipped, and then continue upon delivery.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
What is covered

Any defects or defects in the zipper of the product cover. MPILI may decide to repair or replace the cover.

Any physical defect in the product despite normal use and proper handling.
What is not covered
-
A slight change in fabric color after prolonged exposure to light or long-term use.

Comfort, height or aesthetic preferences.

Shipping damage after initial delivery.
-
Stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid or moisture damage resulting from customer use or its environment.

Normal wear and tear resulting from cleaning/washing and normal use.
-
Any problem if one or more modifications have been made to the product.

A product sold by an unauthorized retailer or a product sold in any way as a "used" product or under any other similar wording indicating that the product is not "new".
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The original purchaser of an MPILO pillow is entitled to this limited warranty for a period of 3 years, as long as they reside in Canada or the contiguous United States. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser, defined as the first purchaser of the product on mpili.com or from an authorized MPILI retailer.
For any warranty claim, the purchaser must provide:

A valid proof of purchase (including date, place and purchase price).

Clear photos showing the defect or problem.
All claims must be filed within 30 days of discovery of the defect.
To file a claim, contact MPILI Inc. at support@mpili.com for further instructions or click the "File a Claim" button. MPILI reserves the right to send an expert to inspect the mattress on site.
REPLACEMENT
If a covered defect occurs during the term of this 3-year limited warranty, MPILI will repair or replace the defective pillow at no cost to the purchaser.

Replacement is limited to one product per claim.

No replacement fee will be charged, but the purchaser is responsible for associated shipping costs.

No replacement product will be re-warranted.
Replacement products are shipped only within Canada and the contiguous United States. All claims and approval decisions are at the sole discretion of MPILI.
DISCLAIMER, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the pillow is provided "as is." This MPILI Pillow Limited Warranty and any implied warranties are your exclusive warranties and are in lieu of all other warranties or conditions, expressed or implied.
MPILI and its suppliers are not responsible for:

The purchase of replacement products not covered by this warranty.

Any special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising out of the use of the pillow by you or any third party.
MPILI’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the pillow.
APPLICABLE LAW
This Limited Mattress Warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
